By accessing or using Frontnd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you’re using Frontnd on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use Frontnd only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or performance of the service.
3. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you create within Frontnd. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. Frontnd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software and brand elements.
4. Fees and payment
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice.
5. Disclaimers
Frontnd is provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frontnd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Direct damages are limited to the amounts you paid to Frontnd in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Frontnd at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we’re required to do so by law. Upon termination, certain provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll provide notice, such as by email or within the product. Your continued use of Frontnd after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
