1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, commissioning a website project, or subscribing to SERV, you agree to these terms. If you do this for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to agree for it.

2. Website projects and SERV

Website projects and SERV are separate products. A website package does not include a SERV subscription. Launch+SERV is a website package that includes setting SERV up alongside the site. The SERV subscription is still billed monthly.

SERV is online ordering for UK takeaways and cafés. Guests order online for collection, or from a QR code at their table, and pay by card. Guests can also book a table. Staff sign in with a PIN and see paid orders on a kitchen order screen: New, Preparing, Ready. It does not include hardware POS, delivery, Just Eat, Deliveroo, or Uber, Deliverect or Otter middleware, native guest apps, or loyalty and CRM automation.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use Frontnd websites and SERV in line with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must not interfere with the service.

4. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of content you provide, including business and menu copy. You grant Frontnd a limited licence to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the website or SERV. Frontnd and its licensors keep the platform, including the software and brand.

5. Fees and payment

Website project fees, Care, and SERV subscription prices are the amounts shown on the pricing pages at the time you buy. Payments are taken by Stripe. On SERV, card fees are Stripe's, typically 1.5% + 20p, and are passed through. Frontnd does not mark up Stripe's standard rates. These terms do not set an uptime percentage or a support response time.

6. Disclaimers

Frontnd websites and SERV are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frontnd and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of a website project or SERV. Direct damages are limited to the amounts you paid to Frontnd in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Frontnd at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, or if the law requires it. Provisions that should survive will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we revise the "Last updated" date on this page. If you keep using Frontnd after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
